Red earth from Georgia. This sample I collected it myself, no crook was involved!...

In Kentucky a crook sold me this "stone" as being a very rare species. I showed it to a specialist who told me that it was plain artificial glass!... Still! it looks nice.

Sand from the White Sand Natl. Monument in New Mexico near Alamogordo. It is practically pure crystalline Gypsum accumulated there by wind. It is the area where some of the first atomic bombs were experimented!
